When I ordered the first lawn mower, it was defective (hence the 4 stars). I contacted their customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement mower as the defected one could never be used for anything. Awesome customer service, but, if they knew about the defective part, why did they not remove them from inventory so they could save themselves the hassle of sending out the replacements?Assembly was smooth and simple. I bought this with mixed feelings. I didn't want to spend too much on something that I was only planning on using a couple of times. I had a lot that I had to mow, the grass was close to 5 feet tall and a decent sized lot. This thing did a great job of taking care of business. It took the abuse that I gave it with a smile and then some. I would not hesitate to not only recommend this mower but if I had the time I would start a landscape business with a fleet of these. A little exaggeration, but not much. Very excellent mower for the price. The only thing that I would improve upon would be some padding for the handle.When the package arrived I said no way this thing is only a little bit bigger than my grandsons toy Bubble mower. But I was pleasantly surprised this mower is like a weed Wacker on steroids. It's quiet and powerful and dispite the small size got the job done rather quickly.This thing is very light and easy to move around the yard. It's motor is very strong. I accidentally ran over a piece of shale and it cut it in half. As long as you have an extension chord that's long enough it will work great for a small enough yard. It has a very small chamber for grass so unless you want to stop and empty it over and over again your best bet is to not use the grass chamber and just rake when you're done.The mower was nice, I didn’t appreciate paying for shipment. I didn’t realize I paid for shipping and handling until I received the unit. It’s light weight and easy to use, the grass collector fills up too quickly so I stop collecting the grass. My main reason for this review is due to cheap part of the mower, I used it about 5 time since getting it. The blade keep falling off, finally the nut that holds the blade in place broke. I emailed the company who made the mower, it’s been a month now sine my email- I have yet to hear back from them. I ended up buying a new mower from a different company, because I can’t find a replacement nut for the one that broke and I do not want to buy it from the company, I don’t trust their products. My yard is not that big, I spent over $100 on the mower, it should have better working parts that last at least for a year. I will not be buying anything else from the company who made this mower.This little lawnmower is surprisingly powerful. It not only cut the lawn with ease, it also cut through tall, thick weeds on the back of my property. Great buy.This lawnmower is excellent for women to handle light weight, maneuver, and manicure of the lawn.They could have preassembled the tiny part that goes into the wheels. Since it's plastic, hope it lastsYou can not beat the price and the product is good for a small job, but I have a large yard and a front lawn to mow and so I think the mower will not last too long. The size of the cutting area is13 inches (my fault for not taking the measurement into consideration) will require longer cutting times. The motor sounds very fragile and does not inspire confidence, but I will give the machine a chance.
